THE MENU

House made Sourdough and cultured butter

Canapés  

Compressed melon, jamon, fromage frais

Anchovy toasts, smoked tomato puree

Entrees  

Wagyu beef, truffle mayonnaise, hazelnuts, cured egg yolk, baby mache, black salt

Native spice rubbed lamb backstrap, tahini yoghurt, parsley & mint oil, broad bean salad

Mains served with seasonal sides

Barramundi, beurre noisette, capers & Roasted spiced duck, charcutiere sauce, sautéed greens

served with sides of Green beans, goats cheese, lemon and garlic & Duck fat roasted royal blue potatoes

Desserts  

Meyer lemon tart, gin and berry coulis, white chocolate chantilly

Sticky fig puddings, butterscotch sauce, pistachio parfait
