White dinner for white night

Featuring Animus distillery

White Night is coming back to Bendigo this September and we wanted to help celebrate this momentous occasion with an on theme event……. So we give you White Dinner for White Night featuring Animus Distillery! 

Guests will be treated to a delicious 4 course dinner from the Ms Batterhams kitchen accompanied by Gin Cocktails inspired from the wonderful gin flavours at Animus Distillery in Kyneton.

Animus Distillery was founded in 2015, by four friends with a shared passion for producing world-class spirits. Initially starting with round-the-clock research and development in a Fitzroy North garage, they quickly outgrew this space and expanded to a larger rural property, before establishing their distillery in Kyneton, Central Victoria. Capturing the soul of the freshest ingredients for their gin is central to their production philosophy

The Menu will consist of: 

House made sourdough & Ms Batterhams community olives

Canapé: Oyster with granita served with a Mini Martini

Entree: Gin cured ocean trout, compressed fennel & almond puree with a classic G & T

Main: Roasted duck leg, ginger and star anise broth with accompanying side and Southside cocktail

Dessert: Pear tarte tatin, buttermilk ice cream - Barrel Aged Gin (served neat or on the rocks)

Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start!
