This exclusive event delves into the fascinating history of oysters in the Victorian Goldfields and their enduring connection to Champagne.

Guests will be welcomed with a delightful oyster shooter upon arrival before taking their seats for a captivating 45-minute talk. Richard and Max will share their insights, weaving tales of the Goldfields' rich past and the luxurious pairing of oysters and Champagne.

Following the talk, attendees will have the opportunity to mingle and continue the conversation while savouring Champagne and a plate of five exquisite oysters.
