A tough childhood seasoned them for so-called "hospitality" work which they reckon is the perfect place for outsiders to share a "lust for life and taste for destruction". Masons of Bendigo’s Sonia and Nick Anthony love Jess's outspoken courage and quest for culinary excellence, so they're  teaming up with Rhianwen Seiter at MacKenzie Quarters, for an in-conversation plus hearty brunch of seasonal soup and fresh-baked tart. Guests are invited to arrive from 9am (help yourself to coffee or barrel-aged tea).
