"A Lost Feast" is a multi-sensory experience that will transport guests back in time to explore the culinary delights and cooking techniques from yester years. This is an enjoyable and engaging event with banquet style seating that will not only tantalise taste buds but also ignite curiosity and spark conversation.
Guests will be treated to a delicious 4 course meal with beverages included (beer, wine and soft drinks) Throughout the evening you will hear from 4 ‘Artisan experts’ who are connected to the food industry in an unique way, each artisan will deliver a 10-15 minute talk between courses.
The menu will include:
Canapes King mushrooms on a thyme tart Seared scallops in the shell, escabeche
Entrée Confit Duck Leg, red cabbage sauerkraut, fennel and sprouted grain salad Gravlax of ocean trout, creme fraiche
Main Course Roasted Cockerel with Moroccan quinoa and charred corn Black Suffolk Lamb, heirloom carrots, honey and sherry vinegar dressing
Served with a seasonal side
Dessert Selection of local cheese & petit fours
